Low back pressure accumulating roller chain conveyor, SRF-P 2010, is designed for medium to heavy-duty pallet-handling conveyor systems. The free running load rollers, within the chain, ensure quiet operation; including during product accumulation.

  • Frame: 100 mm deep profile, 50 mm wide
  • Pulley: 1/2″ pitch
  • Width: Each lane is 50 mm wide, outside frame width is nearly unlimited, single or multiple lanes
  • Length: 500 mm to 18,000 mm
  • Load: Up 250 lbs. per pallet and 2,000 lbs. per drive
  • Speed: Up to 80 fpm (speeds up to 80 fpm are preferred for VersaMove)
    • Constant or Variable speed options
  • Voltage: All standard US, Mexico and Canadian voltages
  • Chain: 1/2″ pitch accumulating roller chain
    • Plastic or steel rollers
    • In-line or staggered rollers
  • Accessories: Compatible with all mk North America side rails and support

  • Constructed using our mk North America 2010 series structural profile
    • 100 mm tall anodized aluminum frame
    • Dual t-slots along the length of the frame, each side
    • T-slot running along the bottom of the frame
      • T-slots along the length of the conveyor for ease of mounting stands, side rails, and custom accessories
    • The chain returns within the frame profile
      • This provides a safer design
  • Chain is available with steel or plastic rollers, as well as the option of in-line or staggered rollers
  • A removable slot cover allows access to chain for cleaning and maintenance
  • UHMW-PE slider bed, 6 mm thick – guided for added belt tracking
  • Single lane and multi-lane
  • Dual sealed bearings for low maintenance design
  • Positively driven via sprocket
  • Maintenance free dual-sealed ball bearings
  • Compatible with all mk North America 50 system profiles and components and most mk North America 40 system profiles and components
